A company can be categorized as private company and public company. A public company offers its shares to the public but this is not in the case of a private company. Shares of private companies are held by a small group of people.

A non-profit corporation works with an aim to help others without profit making. All charitable organization, educational institutions etc. come under non-profit corporations. You can start your career in any type of business but you should have all competencies to touch the peaks of success.
