Building a successful career is a challenging task. There is a variety of fields to have a thriving career but it depends on one’s capabilities, experience, competences, skills and credentials which field he/she should opt. Some of you are doing jobs in private or public companies while others are running their own business.
There are many categories of businesses such as poultry business, dairy business, small-scale industry, private shops, restaurants etc from where you can give a good start to your career. If you are interested in starting your own business you require thorough knowledge about each and every aspect of business otherwise you won’t get success. Such type of business is called sole proprietorship where all profits and loss are suffered by one person i.e. owner of business.
Other types of businesses are partnership or joint venture, close corporation, non-profit corporation and company. A close corporation is a legal entity on its own. A company can be categorized as private company and public company. A public company offers its shares to the public but this is not in the case of a private company. Shares of private companies are held by a small group of people.
When two or more people start up a business it is said to be partnership business and all profit or losses are distributed among them. A non-profit corporation works with an aim to help others without profit making. All charitable organization, educational institutions etc. come under non-profit corporations. You can start your career in any type of business but you should have all competencies to touch the peaks of success.
